The Hispanic League, North Carolina’s largest nonprofit benefiting the hispanic community, was faced with a difficult dilemma: Their primary fundraising event, the annual “Fiesta,” would not be able to be held in the socially distanced climate of 2020. This event consists of an opening concert, several games, traditions, and cooking events, concluding with a dance contest.
They needed to go virtual, and fast. With the combined powers of the recording capabilities of the Special Event Services warehouse and MJS Live’s editing, streaming, and recording capabilities, we were able to produce a virtual Fiesta, keeping the 28-year tradition alive.
